4. WHAT STRUGGLES and ACHIEVEMENTS you can expect in your first 5 classes?
5. GROUP COUNSELING with regards of your PHYSICAL CONDITION, WORRIES, OR ANY QUESTIONS You have in mind about Yoga.
6. LEARN THE SUN SALUTATIONS
SUN SALUTATIONS are always perform in the beginning of a Yoga Class.
